The Power Of Belief In Relationship

If you don’t believe in yourself or your beloved, you will never grow and be in consistent friction within your own mindscape and your dynamic with each other.

Commencing with a belief in yourself. Knowing who you are, taking ownership for your choices and actions. Assuming responsibility for your path and being willing to learn from your experiences opens up the opportunity for growth.

Here, then we must understand that we are all ‘different’ in our values.

From belief in self comes belief in another.

From belief in another comes a foundation for respect and reverence.

From respect and reverence vines our capacity to care and trust.

From sincere care and trust comes the creation of an environment of safety.

From safety we are more willing to experiment, innovate, express and explore.

From the exploration of the mystery in our lives comes deep challenge.

From deep challenge comes the opportunity for profound mutual and individual growth.

And from this shared growth comes deepened intimacy and bonding.

Here, we get to really know each other. We are not judging each other and we are respecting each other’s differences and value sets. We trust each other and ourselves to make decisions that we will grow and learn from.

As long as we consciously communicate ourselves to one another, we will grow. Yes, we will experience hardship but a consistent belief (and reverence) in self and our beloved (mutually reciprocated) will liberate us from chronic friction in our relating.

Believe in who you are, believe in the potential of your beloved. Honour them for their courage, remain true and authentic to your values and theirs (this is crucial), support their decisions and know that it’s all for growth.

This is conscious relating. It’s always an ‘inside job’ first…

One is always glad to be of service.

Are You Vulnerable Enough?

The vulnerability and “owning my shadow” card can be fickle. We pretend to be vulnerable and truthful by showing and owning our shadows openly or expressing one of MANY that we have. More often than not though, this is a deflection of what’s really ailing us at a deeper level that we fear intensely, so we unconsciously pretend to be courageous about this more minor pain/shadow, in order to avoid dealing with the greater beast that resides within…

Tapping Into Your Feminine

The internalized embodiment of feminine consciousness by man has been a welcoming change as it has allowed both men and women to see each other at greater depth. A more profound appreciation has transpired towards women and this has bridged the gap of isolating our differences.

Stop Avoiding Intimacy

STOP! We spend so much time running from what we fear. What we are essentially running from is our ability to feel closeness, connection and deep intimacy.

We all yearn for it – unconsciously and consciously in different ways. Brothers need brotherhood but have fear of being judged, ridiculed and not accepted by their primary in-group. They also spend so much time distracted and in ‘doing’ energy.

Intimacy – A Dance Between Lovers

“The intimate and blissful dance between taking & being taken allows us to know ourselves at such depth”. This is contrast dynamics/polarity dynamics & the song of the masculine & the feminine, which resides within all of us.
