BREATHWORK, TRAUMA RELEASE & SHADOW WALKING
This is deeply experiential work that requires commitment and willingness. The freedom that comes from this guided exploration of deeper layers of self can be profound. Release pain, emotional discomfort and challenges that have been with you for too long.
These sessions are conducted in person and virtually. I am based in Austin (Texas) and also travel extensively and regularly to conduct these very specific sessions. There is something magic that also presents itself in the virtual sessions. An almost letting go of inhibitions and surrendering that takes place because of the structure of these sessions.
Each session consists of 4 parts: 1) Connection 2) Release 3) Reflection 4) Integration
The above process allows us to explore the fullness of your pains, fears, repressed emotions, uncelebrated joys, suppressed happiness, your entire being and so much more. There is a wholeness that emerges from being present in this work and a new perspective is taken on what was once a deep challenge.
We move in to the heart of the issue/s and resolve it through a combination of varied modalities. These include but are not limited to:

Each session ranges from 90-120 minutes. Each session is a deep-dive in to the self and in to rapid transformation. You may not understand cognitively what is occuring and insights (if they come through) often come in over the following days and weeks post session. Each session drops you in to a varied state of consciousness and utilises powerful sound (music), posture and breath to do so.
