The Richness Of Union

There is a richness that accompanies commitment. When we commit to the intertwining of all the expressions of self, we grow in to a more encompassed and complete version of who we have always been.

The intertwining of our sexual sacredness may only transpire if we are open to receiving and giving in equanimity. Our sexual energy may only flow when we are free of shame and when we have chosen to commit without inhibition. To be SEEN for all that we are.

When we choose to merge with another in completeness and vulnerability we allow parts of ourselves to be seen by our very own eyes that have never been seen before. When we feel free to show the sides of self that have been dormant for so long we feel an unexplainable freedom.

It is said that ‘twin flames’ and ‘soul mates’ complete each other. That two halves can now finally be expressed in unified consciousness. I don’t believe we are half, nor empty, nor fractured or in parts. Yes, we may feel fractured or not whole, however we are always whole.

We simply do not recognize our wholeness. Sometimes we have the capacity to walk the path of wholeness in sovereignty and other times we require others to shine a light for us, in order to momentarily be our eyes.

When we realise we are whole and complete as we are, our relationships do not become ‘fillers’, but rather they become ENHANCERS of our pertinent and authentic truth. Being vulnerable and real feels safe; communicating our truth becomes possible and confidence and certainty becomes the norm.

No one is here to heal us, nor us heal them. We are here to show ourselves the way by showing each other many different ways from a place of rich commitment to our growth. In committing to this path of service, we realise our wholeness. Now, any expression of union in our lives becomes empowering and not unhealthy and codependent.

Now, we are able to merge in such a divine frequency of love, service and abundance that with all that we are, we feel whole and free. Imagine that… whole beings dancing together in sacred union knowing they are enough and knowing that they do not complete each other but that they rather evolve each other through their commitment to the richness of expansion.

One is glad to be of service.

Claiming One’s Self

We are constant works in progress. We are consistently evolving who we are. Perfection exists but only in a non-attached manner.

We are perfectly imperfect. That is the riddle. In my own life I have made many many mis-takes, many ‘failures’ and many choices that have not been conducive to my health or the health of my loved ones.

The Sacred Scent – A Tribute To Her

The fragrance of your beloved… You recognize her as she enters your space. Your eyes shut, yet your senses so open. So receptive to her scent. You can feel her approaching, feel her movement. However, you can only be receptive if you are open in heart, humble in gesture and connected in spirit.

How Repressed Trauma Is Expressed

It’s the stuff that we choose to forget because it’s too painful to remember. Too difficult to face. What we must understand is that these fears and pains that we shove deep down and choose to forget are still there itching and scraping to be heard.

Own All Of You

I have not always been confident in who I am, in my body, mind and heart. I have doubted, felt deeply intense fear and lost my self in negative and harmful actions towards myself and others. I have not been connected to my body and have carried shame in this area, alongside my thoughts and emotions.

The Nurturing Nature Of Divine Presence

Whilst the feminine in all her fluidity, differentiating postures, flowing nature, open and unpredictable expression and mystery is known for her uncertain movement through life there is something we can be deeply certain about…
