Choose Wisely Whom You Share Yourself With

You are your greatest strength.

You are your greatest power.

You are insight.

You are your greatest love

You are your greatest force.

You are your greatest wellspring of wisdom.

You are your deepest inspiration.

You are your greatest source of truth.

You are self-reliant.

You are capable and able beyond imagination.

You are your closest council.

You are all you need to be.

Sometimes we go TOO FAR outside of ourselves to define who we are. We are greater than we often think…

Whom we spend our time with influences whom we become. Whom we allow ourselves to be with impacts the quality of our path.

You know you better than anyone else does. Be discerning whom you give the most sacred parts of yourself to.

Do not be fearful of loss. You needn’t come from a place of scarcity. You are abundant in your presence. Direct that to where you wish it to go…

يسعد المرء أن يكون في الخدمة.

Our Shadow Selves

The shadow can take over. The parts of us that are repressed and do not have an outlet for expression. A way to protect us from something perceived as harmful. These parts of us persist if they are not accepted.

Suicide Is Never An Option

We call suicide selfish. Most men do not see it this way. Men isolate and are isolated for many reasons. People who genuinely feel loved and needed rarely commit suicide. Men are more likely to commit suicide returning from war, being unemployed, isolated in life, losing their life savings or if they become incapacitated. Man need love – from women, tribe/community, his children and himself.

Shadow Alert

I have a confession. It’s very real for me and has been for some time. This morning I realized the potency of my being and my behaviour…
For many years, intensified violence and aggression were my go-to. I carried internal rage and suppressed trauma that often (not always) expressed itself in physical violence, drunkenness and self-loathing.

Childhood Neglect

We suffer when we neglect ourselves and when we do not own who we are. So many of us grew up in disconnection from our families, unprotected from those we were meant to trust, unseen and unforgiven. I experienced hardship like many of us – physical abuse, violence, volatility in the home, shame and projected judgment.

Humility in Life

There is an opportunity that takes place every so often & rarely in a man’s life is this opportunity presented because we are too stubborn to embrace this gift. That opportunity is to be humbled by the continuity of life.

The only way to embrace this level of humility is to be open to transparent, evolving transformation, change of self, behaviour, beliefs, actions & expressions.
