The Slow Burn Of Resentment & Anger

Our Humanness

Can we not love the fullness of who we are? The fullness of others and embrace their humanness, our humanness? This does not mean not creating reverent boundaries, but it does mean surrendering to our authentic nature…

Forgiveness As A Choice

Forgiveness is a gateway to a greater expansive self. Forgiveness allows us to observe with our inner being what is a complete and full truth. The graceful art of forgiving allows us to liberate our own being, allows us to feel connected to our own connected wholeness and allows us to feel deeply in to our journey.

The resonate truth that follows the blissful state of immersion in to forgiveness allows us to live a life that encompasses and embodies possibility and potential beyond limitation. Forgiveness allows us to release our hearts from a prison of encapsulated pain that only causes us perpetual sorrow, disconnection and the perception of loss.

Closed States Of Being

In this observed and perceived loss, we remain in ‘closed states’ of being (restricted, constricted, fearful, doubtful, confused, narrow sighted, closed hearted and limited). We are further limited in our soul’s growth, emotive and ideological expressions, our capacity to feel, to receive love, truth and wonderment and we are limited in our ability to connect and to understand.

We lose touch with reality and we are consumed by an insatiable hunger that thrives on pain, disdain, hate, projection, hurt and externalised blame. It becomes easier to harm others and ourselves and we lose connection with our ability to heal, recover from pain and embrace continuity as a transformative life praxis.

What would it cost us to forgive? May we potentially release our ego from controlling our emotive and spiritual expressive faculties? May releasing tension from our being by acknowledging the toxic and debilitating stories we tell ourselves about others and ourselves free us from incessant inner turmoil?

The Power Of Alchemy, Love & Compassion

When we choose compassion, encompassing love and deeply connected empathetic wisdom, we are essentially choosing to evolve in wholeness. In relationships to another this translates to relational growth. We are able to intertwine our energy bodies and connect solemnly in deep cosmic union to our beautiful and enlightened nature…

We are able to alchemise our pain, their pain and the fallacy of the repetitive stories we tell ourselves in to our value, growth and meaning. Here, we become empowered sovereign beings and we deepen our bond with our beloved because we are able to see beyond the triggers, beyond the superficial colliding of ego, habitual protective patterning and shortsighted frustrations and fears.

Releasing Pain, Anger & Fear

When we harbour pain, fear, guilt, anger and frustration (either projected inwardly or outwardly) we are harming our inner being; we are distancing ourselves and separating ourselves from our beloved, our loved ones and our core truths. We lose ourselves in a spiral of negativity and disconnection. We distance ourselves from our dreams and purpose and we associate life with loss, deficit and disorder.

The Power Of Choice

Please create space and openness in your heart in order to feel the fullness and wholeness of life. There is no legitimate space for resentment, it only breeds contempt, generates hate and limits our expressive potentiality. In love, forgiveness, acceptance and surrender only authentic possibility, opportunity and abundance can thrive.

Feel all that you must, but remember, you need not remain in a closed and limited state of being perpetually. My beautiful mentor has taught me that we receive by giving and we give meaningfully and authentically by receiving.

Our souls hide nothing from us and our behaviours tell us all. Choose your behavioural expressions wisely, but also choose your expressive love with diligence and an essence of truth…

You are the master of your flow and your creative destiny. Learn – grow – adapt – transform – evolve – expand…

One is always glad to be of service.

Learn to say NO

…and at times YES… To really say no is one of the most challenging practices.

How often do you honor your no for the sake of your own needs and not be attached to what others may think of you or how they may react? In my life I have largely oscillated between either keeping completely quiet and withdrawing when I want to vocalize my truth or if I do express its in an extreme manner.

The Honouring Of Life Creation

There lies tremendous beauty in the recognition of what it means to be fully connected to the creation energy. We all have great reverent capacity to create, however there is something unique about the women in our lives and their ability to create.

I will never claim to know this very specific form of creation energy through the feeling body of a woman.

Tapping Into Your Feminine Expression

Focus on your core essence of masculinity. Strengthen your healthy masculine expression and posture. Do this and your feminine expression will reveal itself as required when relevant.
This can be a sensitive subject… Women and men are different – culturally, biologically, hormonally. We also share so many similarities in terms of the full spectrum of the human experience. We are more the same than we are different, however, we need to celebrate both and also account for the difference.

Compliment Your Heart, Not Your Ego

The ego plays an important role in our development of self, our socialization and our connection to the ‘outside’ world.

However, when we consistently choose the ego over the expansive power of the heart we become unbalanced.

Ego protects us from a vantage point of fear, contraction and minimizing the true self. ‘It’ (being us and a part of us) still has a directive of self-preservation.

The Privilege Of ‘Taking’

How can we take? What does it mean to ‘take’? Why does it matter? True and authentic taking is trust in motion. Taking from a place of connection, transparency, empowerment and surrender can only occur when there are equitable power balances in play.
