Men, How Can You Be A Safe Harbor For Your Women?

Men! Be predictable in behavior. Show up being safe in how you deal with challenge and difficulty. Yes, you can still be mysterious and spontaneous in your sexuality, love languages and the way you treat your queen. But be consistent in how you show up to arguments and the needs of your partner

STOP engaging in f*ckery of the past.

STOP living in fear.

STOP projecting your pain on to your partner.

LEARN to REALLY hold space by not bringing your hypersensitivities or defensiveness to each conversation.

MASTER your worry, your fear, your pain.

DEAL with your trauma

FORGIVE yourself, your father, your mother, the past.

DEAL with your insecurities.

IDENTIFY your needs and show up from that place.

KNOW the needs of your woman and feed her soul with your giving.

PRACTICE asking for what you truly desire and let go of the fear of rejection.

BELIEVE in your worth and value by dealing with your shadows.

REMOVE the masks that have been protecting your fragile ego and trust your open heart.

EMBRACE all of who she is and keep showing up to her by knowing her worth

CEASE to gaslight, pretend, be fake or make yourself look better because you don’t value who you truly are.

HANDLE conflict in a way that lets her know she is safe.

Can you be this always and forever? Doubtful. I falter, I stumble and I hurt. But I recover AND it’s how we recover that also matters. Own your sh*t and be responsible for your feelings. I do my best and don’t always get it ‘right’.

This isn’t about perfection, it’s about progress. Ideals shape our actions, that define our identity and expression in the world.

What are your ideals?

One is glad to be of service.

“Shit Or Get Off The Pot”

Rise in to certainty! The above phase basically means either commit and be all in or get out of the way and stop pretending. In relationship, this translates to three key things:

Who’s Your Brother?

Men are too isolated, lonely, disconnected and not aware of the need to have men in their lives.
Men today have fallen from their own grace. Men have lost their own sense of deep responsibility in honouring the path of brotherhood. In a world of hyper-competition and fears driven action we have become isolated by our own conditioning. Men were born to be warriors. Like we will never directly relate to the giving of birth, the bond between warrior brothers is one reserved for the connected man.

The Harsh Inner Critic

Lately, I have found myself comparing myself to others (particularly men in my space) that I perceive to hold the attributes I don’t yet have within myself. This has placed me in a little bit of a tailspin. There are times where I will be empowered and inspired and do more and concentrate on the authenticity of my expression and…

There are times where I revert and get stuck, feel the victim that I put so much effort in and “where am I still, what does he have that I don’t?” I criticize, become frustrated, agitated, short with others, despondent and not motivated to create. I feel jealousy and unworthy in this comparison mode.

Desire Is NOT Toxic – Another Spin On Wanting

Wanting and desire get a bad rep – let’s flip this notion…
We think if we desire for life we are unhealthy, selfish and disconnected. We are ‘bad’ people if we desire. It is not that we are desiring, it is HOW we desire that sets the tone for our movement and existence in this life.
