Men, How Can You Be A Safe Harbor For Your Women?

Men! Be predictable in behavior. Show up being safe in how you deal with challenge and difficulty. Yes, you can still be mysterious and spontaneous in your sexuality, love languages and the way you treat your queen. But be consistent in how you show up to arguments and the needs of your partner

STOP engaging in f*ckery of the past.

STOP living in fear.

STOP projecting your pain on to your partner.

LEARN to REALLY hold space by not bringing your hypersensitivities or defensiveness to each conversation.

MASTER your worry, your fear, your pain.

DEAL with your trauma

FORGIVE yourself, your father, your mother, the past.

DEAL with your insecurities.

IDENTIFY your needs and show up from that place.

KNOW the needs of your woman and feed her soul with your giving.

PRACTICE asking for what you truly desire and let go of the fear of rejection.

BELIEVE in your worth and value by dealing with your shadows.

REMOVE the masks that have been protecting your fragile ego and trust your open heart.

EMBRACE all of who she is and keep showing up to her by knowing her worth

CEASE to gaslight, pretend, be fake or make yourself look better because you don’t value who you truly are.

HANDLE conflict in a way that lets her know she is safe.

Can you be this always and forever? Doubtful. I falter, I stumble and I hurt. But I recover AND it’s how we recover that also matters. Own your sh*t and be responsible for your feelings. I do my best and don’t always get it ‘right’.

This isn’t about perfection, it’s about progress. Ideals shape our actions, that define our identity and expression in the world.

What are your ideals?

One is glad to be of service.

A Strong NO Means The YES Carries Greater Substance

We are often so afraid of our no’s. We are afraid to be seen as perhaps going against the grain, letting others down, being seen a certain way or perhaps there is a fear of a backlash – rejection, humiliation, abandonment at the deepest roots of our fears.

Remembering Your Kingdom
