It begins with us. In my own life, I chose to ignore my past pain and trauma and it drove my relationships and sense of self-worth into the ground. Sex became stagnant and selfish, intimacy was fake, I couldn’t stop running from myself and was leaving a trail of broken hearts behind including my own.

This all changed when I chose to STOP being dictated to by my past. Over a period of years I ventured deep into my own emotions, psyche and painbody. I began to relate to the feminine in a whole new way, whilst also allowing myself to experience and express healthy masculinity. As I explored my own senses worth I discovered so much about the human condition, working with masters from all over the world I was able to free myself from destructive behaviours.
