The Fullest Expression

There comes a time when we realize we are more than just how we express in to the world.

There is a fine line between giving, receiving, observing and being active in our action taking.

This recognizing of who we are at depth, whilst recognizing the intricate layers that we are made of frees us from the pain of limited expression and rigid posturing.

We are often grouped in to categories of ‘types of people’. Based on our gender, sexual orientation, age, race, ethnicity, social status, beliefs, relational status, socioeconomic standing, values, likes, dislikes, and so much more.

Whilst we are these expressive elements of life we are also so much more. We hide from the world aspects and expressions of the core of our being that we fear may ostracize, segregate and minimize us.

When we fear social isolation, rejection, ridicule and judgment we hide from the world.

Seldom are we courageous enough to step out of paralyzing fear and as a by-product step away from the normative status quo and stand strong in our truth.

But what if we did? What if we exposed those layers of self that we so often hide and shy away from?

Imagine that, the compounding effect of years of hiding important parts of self from our own self, others and the world?

Our externalised and normative expressions no longer become ours but society’s. When we step in to authentic posturing we are revealing the layers that are congruent to our hearts.

Then we expose more of who and what we are. This empowering series of actions is liberating and demonstrates our ability to step in to open-mindedness, compassion, self-love and connectedness.

A powerful moment of truth for anyone who is choosing to reveal themselves in this vulnerable manner.

It is a misconception that vulnerability is weakness. From the perspective of war, perhaps. But we must release the nervous system and cultural mentality of ‘survival of the fittest’.

In collaboration, true expression and unity we may thrive. Expressing layers of the self that may carry consequences of pain and discrimination requires great strength and is not weak.

Who will continue to pioneer this movement with me?

يسعد المرء أن يكون في الخدمة.

Expressing Pain & Releasing Fear In Relationship

There is great value in expressing our pain, in releasing our fears, hurt and tension that resides within our hearts, minds and bodies. Learning to express, label and identify through verbalisation for example makes our feelings of sadness, frustration and anger less intense…

Close Your Eyes – Open Your Soul

Imagine moving close to the one that tantalises the sensation of alertness on your skin, but not too close.

Visualise your body making ever the slightest of contact on the body of your beloved for the first time, then immediately pulling away.

Feel your breath become more rapid with anticipation.

Our Untapped Power

“See before you can see”.

There is so much that we don’t ‘see’ with our eyes. Whilst our eyes play such an important role in directing the course of our lives reality, ‘there is more to us than meets the eye’…

We are intuitive beings connected to our environment. Multidimensional, multifaceted and multi learning beings.

Rediscovering the Five Pillars of Manhood: A Journey Toward Wholeness

Contrary to stereotypical depictions, strength is not a tool for subjugation but a resource to be wielded with accountability and care. True courage involves venturing into the unfamiliar, both externally and within one’s own psyche. It’s a journey of emotional intelligence that allows for personal growth and understanding. Mastery should be seen as the ability to offer tangible benefits to one’s community, shifting the focus from selfish attainment to communal enrichment. In this complex world, redefining manhood is not a rejection of modern values but a conscious realignment with fundamental virtues.

Step Into The Light

I spent most of my life living in the dark. Either pretending I had no shadow or only wanting to focus on my “good side”. And even now, when feeling extreme pressure or convenient I revert to that place. Whether it is a new year, decade, month or day. I am making a choice right here and right now. That choice is to stop polarizing and start embracing all of me, not just the convenient parts.
